The REAL NZ Festival of Sails is all about sharing with Rugby World Cup visitors New Zealand’s passion for the sea and our love of sailing and racing upon it.
The REAL NZ Festival of Sails includes a mixture of events, where you can come down to Wellington’s iconic waterfront and see some of our best sailors in action, coupled with opportunities for you to have a go at sailing on Wellington’s beautiful harbour yourself.
Have a go at sailing during the REAL NZ Festival of Sails
Come down to the REAL NZ Festival of Sails village at Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club and have a go at sailing. You can go in a REAL NZ yacht race, participate in a NZ 2011 Business Club Yacht Club experience, view the “Sport for Life” exhibition of sailing in Wellington and NZ, or join the Global Sailing Challenge.
